Comments: We are a Pet-Friendly Community that allows cats and dogs. Only 2 pets per household can be accommodated with a monthly pet fee of $25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable $150 pet fee and a $300 refundable pet deposit. For households with multiple pets, fees and deposits will be adjusted upon application approval and pet interview. Breed restrictions also apply.
